This website is a private presence and portfolio site. There is no registration, no login, and no use of advertising or tracking services. Personal data is processed only to the technically necessary extent described below.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by Netlify (Netlify, Inc., 512 2nd Street, Suite 200, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When the site is accessed, the provider processes technically necessary connection data (in particular the IP address) in order to deliver the site and to ensure its security and stability.
The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and efficient provision of the website). As Netlify may process data in the USA, data is transferred to a third country; this transfer is safeguarded by the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Server log files
The hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files, which your browser transmits automatically:
- IP address of the accessing device
- date and time of access
- page/file requested and amount of data transferred
- referrer URL and browser/operating system used
This data is not merged with other data sources and serves exclusively the technical operation and security of the website.
4. Fonts
All fonts are served locally from this server (self-hosted). There is no connection to Google Fonts or other external providers; no personal data is transmitted to third parties for this purpose. The icons used are also embedded directly in the page and are not loaded from external servers.
5. Contact
If you contact me by email or telephone, the information you provide (e.g. name, email address, content of the message) will be stored for the purpose of processing your inquiry. I will not pass on this data without your consent.
Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation/performance of a contract) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to the inquiry). The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

An informal message to the contact details given above is sufficient to exercise these rights.
7. Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority
Without prejudice to any other remedies, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your habitual residence or of the place of the alleged infringement.
8. Currency of this Policy
This privacy policy is valid as of the date stated above. Further development of the website or changed legal requirements may make it necessary to amend it.
